ssbe77 services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content, odds, results, or information obtained through ssbe77 services.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

Notwithstanding this arbitration provision, ssbe77 may seek equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to enforce these Terms or protect our intellectual property rights.
